Eligible for Return
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they arrive damaged or defective. We will arrange for return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Not Eligible for Return
Personalized items that were customized according to your specifications generally cannot be returned, unless they are damaged or defective. This is because these items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Return Process

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible

Damaged or Defective Items

For damaged or defective items, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
Cancellation Policy
Orders for personalized handcrafted products may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that production has not yet begun. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, but we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
If cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
